The proposed project is a comprehensive General Plan update that addresses 46,948.3+\- acres in the Town's corporate limits, and 3,579.7+\- acres in unincorporated San Bernardino County within the Town's Sphere-of-Influence that are proposed for annexation into Apple Valley. The project includes changes to land use and zoning designations, circulation system, and new goals, policies, and programs for all General Plan elements.
