The Project involves replacing Flumes 2, 2A, 3, 9, 41, 46A, 47, and 51 along the El Dorado County. All flumes would be replaced within their respective existing footprints in the existing FERC boundary. No changes to El Dorado Canal capacity or operations are proposed. Access and staging locations for each replacement would generally be through existing roads, road turnouts, and helispots identified in the Project 184 Transportation System Management Plan approved by FERC.
