Document Description
The Fall River Resource Conservation District is proposing to implement the Upper Big Bear Restoration Project in Siskiyou County. The project consists of restoring a degraded meadow system located near the old mill town of Pondosa. The restoration "pond and plug" techniques will be used and has successfully been used in other meadow systems in the last ten years throughout the Sierras and Cascades.
