Document Description
The project scope encompasses a proposed General Plan Amendment to change the designation of the 30-acre site from Rural Resort to Specific Plan, approval of the Specific Plan, approval of Tentative Tract Map 37-59, and ancillary site improvements. A total of 13 residential lots and 2 nonresidential lots would be created. Six of the lots are proposed to be located south of the bend in Lower Rock Creek Road and the remaining nine lots are proposed to be located north of the bend. To meet the County's workforce housing requirements, one of the residential lots would provide workforce housing and deed-restricted secondary units would be provided on two lots.
