Document Description
The project scope encompasses a proposed General Plan Amendment to change the designation of the 54.7-acre site from Rural Resort to Specific Plan, approval of the Specific Plan, approval of Tentative Tract Map 37-59, and ancillary site improvements. A total of 12 individual residential lots would be created. Six of the lots, all one acre or less in size, are proposed to be located south of the bend in Lower Rock Creek Road. The remaining six lots, all three acres or more, are proposed to be located north of the bend. To meet the County's workforce housing requirements, the applicant proposes to convert four of the existing cabins on the site into affordable housing, for a total of 16 residential units.
