Document Description
The project proposes to redevelop the 48,807 sf Movietown Plaza into 32,300 square feet of street-level community-serving retail uses, 294 for-sale market-rate condominiums, and 76 affordable senior rental units (38 low income and 38 very low income) with one manager's unit in four buildings. In addition, adoption of the Movietown Specific Plan which sets forth development guidelines and procedures for the site would be concurrent with the development of the mixed-use project.
