Document Description
The project proposes to redevelop the 3-acre Movietown Plaza into 32,300 square feet of street-level community-serving retail uses, 288 for-sale market-rate condominiums, and 76 affordable senior rental units in four buildings. In addition, adoption of the Movietown Specific Plan which sets forth development guidelines and procedures for the site would be concurrent with the development of the mixed-use project.
