Document Description
The Gavilan College San Benito Campus and Fairview Corners projects consist of two main components; a community college campus including 70 on-campus residential units and 35,000 sf of retail on approximately 80 acres on the south side of the site and approximately 220 single-family detached residential houses on approximately 57 acres on the north side of the site.
