Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0080-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, GVC Properties 18 LLC, as represented by Thomas Baldacci. The proposed project includes up to approximately 240 homes consisting of a combination of single-family homes and multifamily homes. Additionally, the proposed project development plan includes an area for commercial development along the eastern edge of the Project area on the eastern side of Brunswick Road. A network of trails within the project area is also proposed. There are five (5) proposed vehicle, access, and trail pedestrian stream crossings within the project area over Olympia and Whitewater Creeks
