Document Description
Update to Winters Putah Creek Draft Master Plan and associated environmental enhancement and restoration. The proposed project is divided into two phases, based on the sequencing needed to accomplish the project efficiently. Phase I includes the percolation dam removal; stream recontouring and in-channel structural improvements, including weir construction and bank stabilization; and habitat enhancement based on a vegetation management plan. Phase II includes the development of recreational amenities.
