Document Description
The execution of five separate agreements associated with the University of CA's Merced 2020 Project and required to implement the previously approved Project: 1) Project Agreement; 2) Direct Agreement between Owner , Collateral Agent, and Developer; 3) Pledge Agreement; 4) Accounts Control Agreement; and 5) Financial Model Escrow Agreement. The design of Merced 20020 Project was approved at the July 2016 meeting of the University of California's Board of Regents and a NOD filed for the design approval. These project agreements constitute additional discretionary actions to implement the Project, but they do not make any changes to the design approval and CEQA documentation previously considered and approved.
