Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead DWR, as lead agency under CEQA, is issuing the CA Water Fix Draft Supplemental EIR/EIS to the CA Water Fix Final EIR/EIS. Separate publication and release for public review of this document by reclamation, as the lead agency in compliance with NEPA, will be done at a later date. The primary purposes of the draft SEIR/EIS are to provide the public and interested agencies with updated environmental analysis associated with a number of proposed water conveyance facility modifications to the project approved by DWR in the Final EIR, certified on July 17, 2017. The conveyance facility modifications have been proposed to improve facility design and further reduce impacts of facility construction on the delta environment. No operation modifications are proposed as part of these facility modifications and, therefore, operation of the conveyance facilities is not addressed in this supplemental document.
