- The proposed Beach and Orangethorpe Mixed-Use Development involves the development of approximately 1,000 residential units within high-rise buildings, 355,000 square feet of retail, a hotel (300 rooms) with a possible timeshare component and banquet/conference facilities, and approximately 4,800 above and below-ground parking spaces. The proposed project would be developed in two phases. As an option for the first phase of development, one of the proposed residential buildings may be developed as an office building.
