Document Description
The proposed project is the construction and operation of two new wells, a new pipeline, and an associated storage tank. The wells are to be constructed to supplement the City's water supply and to offset the loss of production of Well #5 that will be abandoned due to arsenic contamination. The new Well #13 will provide the same or less water production capacity as Well #5, and will be drilled to a depth of ~1,500 ft. Well #14 will be similar in size and capacity to Well #13. Surface structures related to each well include a pump assembly and fencing to enclose the pump area.
