Document Description
A PUD Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment, and covering a future Vesting Tentative Parcel Map and Site Plan and Architectural Review to construct a 180-unit apartment project (2 and 3-story buildings) on approximately 16 net developable acres. The project includes an amendment to _the 1982 Oak Creek Apartments PUD and a rezone of the vacant area of the Oak Creek Apartments PUD (APN -009) to Residential 4 (R4), consistent with the existing Medium Density Residential General Plan Land Use designation. The project includes proposed terracing of the west bank of the Petaluma River along the project site frontage and implementation of a habitat mitigation and monitoring plan.
