Document Description
The Wildhorse Ranch Project consists of 25.79 acres and includes an amendment of the General Plan land use designation of the site from Agriculture to 5 uses: Residential High Density, Residential Medium Density, Neighborhood Greenbelt, Natural Habitat Area, and Urban Agricultural Transitional Area. The project also includes a Rezone from P-D #3-89 to a new Planned Development. The General Plan land use designation amendment request is also subject to Measure J coter approval. The proposed project includes the development of up to 191 residential units. The proposed project also includes public open space, greenbelts, bike paths, and additional land to expand the greenbelt/agricultural buffer between actively farmed land and residential development.
