Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code with the project applicant, County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works. The project consists of repair of an existing low water crossing over the Estrella River at North River Road. New reinforced concrete will be overlain on the existing crossing, and the upstream and downstream edges will be keyed into the dry riverbed to prevent the crossing from being undermined. Work will occur when the river is dry, and no impacts to the banks or riparian vegetation will occur.
