Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0055-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Vista Canyon Ranch LLC. The Vista Canyon Ranch project is limited to the alteration of portions of the Santa Clara River (SCR), where bank stabilization structures and a bridge will be constructed within a 185-acre parcel that is proposed for development. The amendment to the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes an increase in temporary impact zone associated with the construction of the bridge to include a 160 foot zone on either side of the bridge within the channel bottom and total 4.04 acres of riparian scrub that is subject to reoccurring disturbance due to natural flow.
