This Addendum No. 2 to the Final EIR for the Campus Master Plan Update was prepared pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines, Section 15164, to address minor refinements to the construction program for proposed student housing on the campus since certification of the Campus Master Plan Update Final EIR (Final EIR) in 2008 and certification of Addendum No. 1 to the Final EIR, for the Housing Expansion Phase I– Parkside North Housing Project, in July 2019...
