The campus proposes that the Regents amend the 2010 Long Range Development to modify land use designations on 28 acres on three sites and add 64 acres but makes no other modifications to the land use principles or designations within the LRDP. South Deverux: Redesignate 9.3 acres from Housing to Academic & Support West Campus Mesa: Redesignate 8.2 acres from Housing to Recreation and 4.6 acres from Recreation to Housing. Facilities Management/Public Safety site: Redesignate 4.4 acres from Academic & Support to Housing and 0.9 acres from Academic & Support to Open Space. Oceans Meadows Golf Course site: Add the 64-acre site to the LRDP boundary and designate it Open Space.
