Note: Due to the lapse of time, we are re-issuing this notice to again seek comments regarding the within-subject application submitted by the Barona Band. The previous notice with dated May 7, 2007. The subject property consists of one parcel of land, encompassing ~200.4 acres more or less, commonly referred to as APNs: 329-090-03. The parcel is adjacent to the southwest end of the Barona Reservation. No development of the subject parcel is proposed at this time, although the Tribe is considering use of the property for the possible construction of a water pipeline to San Vicente Reservoir.
