Document Description
The Project includes the construction of ancillary facilities and one new pipeline segment, totaling approximately 6.5 miles. This new pipeline segment will run parallel to and just north of the existing SJPL System. Ancillary components include the construction of a new valve house (Valve House no. 4), site improvements at Oakdale Portal, a tie-in vault at the western end of the new pipeline, construction of one new throttling station, and upgrades/replacement of existing valves at a tributary to Cashman Creek. Work activities covered in this Agreement are described below and are associated with 19 seasonal streams. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0239-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Chris Nelson/San Francisco Planning Department.
