The SJPL System Project is one of the projects included in the SFPUC's Water System Improvement Program (WSIP). The SJPL System is a SFPUC water transmission facility which includes three pipelines (SPL No. 1, SJPL No. 2, and SJPL No. 3) that cross the San Joaquin Valley and provide water to San Francisco and surrounding counties.
