Document Description
The SBCWD is constructing Phase 1 Service under its Recycled Water Facilities Plan for its 1,900-acre service area located along Wright Road. The Project includes several components, including two lateral recycled water service lines within agricultural service roads located north and south of Wright Road, and construction of a seasonal storage reservoir with an impermeable liner west of Interstate 156 in an area of the DWTP currently developed with disposal beds. With the additional recycled water storage provided by lining of the seasonal storage reservoir, the SBCWD would be able to provide up to 3,000 acre-feet of recycled water within the 1,900-acre service area. The Project's recycled water irrigation would off-set irrigation use with groundwater.
