Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District (Metropolitan) proposes to grant three permanent easements to the city of Perris for portions of Johnson Avenue, Redlands Avenue and Sinclair Street to the City of Perris for public road purposes traversing Metropolitan fee-owned Colorado River Aqueduct (CRA) right of way. Additionally, Metropolitan proposes to grant an entry permit to IDI Logistics for the construction of a protective slabs over Metropolitan' s Colorado River Aqueduct (CRA). The road improvements are being constructed to accommodate an industrial development located just north of the CRA between Johnson and Redlands A venues in the City of Perris.
