Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water'Board Is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of excavating an existing concrete headwall and placing clean soil, a twin 42" reinforced concrete pipe culvert, and two new cast-In-place concrete headwalls In wetland habitat to accommodate road widening northward. The widening of the road is a second phase of Improvements on Cypress Road to support the 120-acre Gilbert Property, a master planned residential community on the north side of Cypress Road. The Project will permanently Impact 0.044 acre and temporarily Impact 0.001 acre of waters of the United States.
