Document Description
The lower Crystal Springs Dam forms Crystal Springs Reservoir. The project consists of modifying the Lower Crystal Springs Dam to lift the operating restrictions on Crystal Springs Reservoir imposed by the California Department of Water Resources, Division of Safety of Dams, and to restore the reservoir's historical storage capacity. The project improvements will enable floodwater to pass safely over the LCSD. All project components are located in an unincorporated area of San Mateo County of lands owned by the City and County of San Francisco.
