Document Description
CBE, LLC proposes to plant up to 550 trees at the Eureka Bulk Terminal as part of the site remediation project to remove petroleum hydrocarbons from soil and groundwater at the site. The trees will be planted in existing paved portions of the site in patented proprietary TreeWell® Systems, which direct the roots to grow into the shall groundwater table rather than just below the soil surface. The contractor that is selected to implement the phytoremediation plan will be trained and authorized to work with hazardous materials.
