The California DFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2011-0022-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Rocklin 60, LLC.
The project is limited to grading and fill of an existing pond and unnamed seasonal drainages and removal of associated riparian habitat within the property, and creation of a stormwater runoff detention and treatment basin.
