The project consists of a residential subdivision of 56.9 acres of land. The site is proposed to be subdivided into 179 single-family residential lots (ranging from a minimum size of 6,000 square feet to a maximum of 40,600 square feet, with an average lot size of 6,500 square feet) and three large lots for a stormwater and open space along the Secret Ravine riparian corridor.
