Document Description
The project consists of a residential subdivision of 56.9+\- acres of a site located south of Interstate 80 and east of Sierra College Boulevard in the City of Rocklin. The site would be subdivided into 177 detached, single-family residential lots (ranging from a minimum size of 6,000 square feet to a maximum of 46,510 square feet, with an average lot size of 6,500 square feet) and three large lots (totaling 8.81 +\- acres) for a stormwater detention basin and for open space along the Secret Ravine riparian corridor.
