The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Modesto, Dept. of Public Works. The applicant proposes to remove vegetation to place back fill and rock slope protection to restore the eroded portion of the pipeline, and revegetate the disturbed area.
