Note: Addendum No. 1 to the Final EIR for the Robert B. Diemer Treatment Plant North Access Road Project
The original project consists of the construction of the North Access Road to the Robert B. Diemer Treatment Plant for use as an emergency secondary access road. The fully-constructed roadway would range from 30-40 feet wide, including a 28-foot wide paved road, which would include storm drain facilities, waterline system to accommodate fire hydrants and irrigation, and a system of earth retaining structures. The roadway length would be approximately 1.3 miles.
