Document Description
The project consists of the construction of the North Access Road to the Robert B. Diemer Treatment Plant for use as an emergency secondary access road. The fully-constructed roadway would range from 30-40 feet wide, including a 28' wide paved road, which would include storm drain facilities, waterline system to accommodate fire hydrants and irrigation, and a system of earth retaining structures. The roadway length would be ~1.3 miles.
