Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0260-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Grantline & Chrysanthy investors, LLC, as represented by Angelo Christie.
The proposed project includes the development of a residential community and associated infrastructure within a 220-acre property. The site will be developed for the creation of approximately 135.8 acres of single-family residential housing, 53.2 acres of commercial lots, 7.5 acres of parks, 10 acres for a school, 6.1 acres of drainage corridor, 8.3 acres of detention basin, and associated infrastructure for the development of the parcel. The project includes the following components: mass grading of the project site and a detention basin with an associated outfall structure.
