Document Description
The 286-acre Project consists of constructing sanitary sewer, water supply, drainage and flood control improvements, and on-site and off-site roadway improvements to support a future residential development area. Dewatering will occur at perennial stream crossings within the Project area. Wet concrete will be placed into wetland habitat at the culvert, bridge, and drainage structure installations after being fully dewatered. Project activities will permanently impact 7.579 acres/5,722 linear feet of wetland habitat.
