Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-53506-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The True Life Companies. The project is limited to the development of residential housing and associated utilities, a storm water management system, parks/neighborhood greens, and a pedestrian/emergency vehicle access route. Grading conducted as part of the project will also prepare the site for future highdensity residential and village commercial development. The project will include the installation of two double box culverts on a seasonal wetland tributary to Kite Creek, the installation of a double box culvert and rip-rap pad in a channel tributary to Kite Creek, grading over a channel/swale feature tributary to Laguna Creek, and grading over an ephemeral drainage tributary to Kite Creek.
