Document Description
This amendment revises the Agreement’s project description to allow for an increased Phase 1 grading area, which will result in an additional 0.224 acres of permanent impacts, modifies the Agreement’s compensatory mitigation measures to be consistent with South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan (SSHCP) fee payment for the increased impact acreage, and allows for land dedication offset of fee payment in accordance with the SSHCP.
