Document Description
The project entails the redevelopment of an approximately 18.49-acre, rectangular-shaped site (Project Site) with a 386,312 square-foot (s.f.) warehouse building, including· 10,000 s.f. of office space and associated site improvements. The Project Site is located west of Cedar Avenue, east of Linden Avenue, and north of Casmalia Street. The Project Site is developed and historically utilized for industrial uses (steel fabrication facility and construction storage yard). The Project involves clearing the Site of existing structures and constructing and operating a warehouse building. Site improvements associated with the Project include but are not limited to, parking and loading areas, public utility connections, landscaping, and exterior lighting. The Project Applicant also would construct improvements to Casmalia Street, Cedar Avenue, and Linden Avenue along the Project Site's frontages.
