Document Description
The Operator proposes to restore 0.86 acres of willow riparian habitat and 0.311 acres of other riparian vegetation along 340 linear feet of creek bank in the Arroyo de la Laguna to improve habitat for sensitive species (e.g. western pond turtle and migratory birds). The Project is proposed to provide mitigation for impacts identified in Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-0042-3 associated with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Bay Division Seismic Reliability Project. The DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0094-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Leslie Koenig/Alameda County Resource Conservation District.
