The project site is located at the southeast corner of Avenue J and 70th Street West and consists of open desert and former agricultural fields. Property immediately adjacent to the north, south, and west is zoned RR-2.5. The property to the south and west is currently vacant and the property to the north contains a single family residence . The property to the east is zoned R-7000 (Urban residential, minimum 7,000 square foot lots). This property is currently developed with a residential subdivision.
Document Description
The proposed project consists of the subdivision of a total of approximately 160 acres into a total of 650 residential lots. The proposed project would be constructed in four phases of approximately 150 residential units each. Access to the project site would be provided from Avenue J, Avenue J-8, 65th Street West and 70th Street West.
