A Parcel Map Subdivision to create six parcels from one legal parcel. The six parcels will range in size from 9,302 sf net to 1.09 acres. The parcel is currently 3.3 acres in size and is developed with a single family residence which is currently being built. The project includes a Special Permit for the removal of +/-20 - 30 redwood trees. The existing development is, and new development will be, served by community water and sewer. This project includes mitigation for potential traffic impacts to the Walnut Drive/ Hemlock Street intersection.
