Note: Revised NOP
The project proposes to construct 72 single-family residences on 583.3 acres in an unincorporated portion of Orange County, adjacent to unincorporated Riverside County. The proposed project also includes development of 25 acres of vineyards that would be located through the site. Of the 583.3 acres, 507.8 acres would remain as open space. A previous NOP is being distributed due to project changes that increased the development of the site from 52-single family homes to the current proposal of 72-single family homes within the same project footprint.
