Approval of Phase 1 for the Oakley Community Park, a 55-acre City of Oakley owned and maintained park that was analyzed as part of the Department of Water Resources EIR for the Dutch Slough Tidal Marsh Restoration Project. Phase 1 of the Oakley Community Park will include trails, meadow areas, a pavilion/amphitheater, three sport fields, parking areas, and play areas.
