- The project would rehabilitate the existing Boiler Shop building and perform architectural modifications to restore the structure to a viable working condition. The building would also be upgraded to meet current building and seismic codes and regulations. Specific improvements proposed as part of the project include seismis hazard reduction renovation, weather and past-proofing, environmental engineering services/surveys, renovation of interior building utilities, and installation of access compliant features.
