Document Description
The project consists of the entitlements for the development of a major medical
facility on approximately 17.41 acres that include construction of: A) Eight-story, 657,500 square foot, 312-bed hospital; B) Five-story, 171,600 square foot medical office; C) Two-story, 32,500 square foot central energy center; D) One-story, 900 square foot fire pump house; E) 1,500-stall, 490,250 square foot parking garage; F) 199-stall surface parking lot; and G) associated site improvements. The proposal includes entitlements for: 1) Site Plan and Design Review for new structures, site improvements, and sign program with a deviation to exceed maximum vehicle parking and off-street loading/unloading standards; 2) Conditional User Permit for signage that exceeds standards; and 3) Tree Permit to remove eight City trees and 19 private protected trees.
