Project would include construction and operation of an up to 15-story, dual branded hotel with approx 450 total rooms consisting of an extended stay hotel with 200 rooms (118,000 GSF) and a limited service hotel with 250 rooms (123,000 GSF) in a single building; Meeting rooms/ballrooms totaling 10,000 GSF, shared amenities including a fitness center and restrooms for hotel guests totaling 3,000 GSF, and retail shops totaling 350 GSF; A walk-up restaurant and bar area open to the public totaling 3,500 GSF; A public promenade, public access pedestrian pathways, and mini destinations for public use; and approx 350 on-site surface parking spaces, including 14 spaces designated exclusively for public use.
