Document Description
The project involves the subdivision of an approximately 63.4 acre site into 167 single family residential lots and open space. The site is proposed for single family residential development under two separate tract maps. The first, TM-28987, proposed the division of the 63 acre site into 113 lots. The map was approved by the Planning Commission in May of 2003, with a total of 109 lots on approximately 33 acres. The balance of the site consisted of an open space area and remainder parcel, generally enclosing the map to the west, north and east. The second map, TM-31541, is proposed within the remainder portion and part of the open space and proposes 58 single family residential lots from approximately 16 acres, with the balance of the site remaining as a separate open space lot.
