Document Description
The purpose of this addendum is to evaluate the potential environmental effects of a proposed mixed-use project for the 1.34 acre site located in the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) Gateway District. The proposed project would include 219 multi-family residential units, 9 live/work units, 5,000 sf of commercial space to be used for restaurants, and ~65,930 sf of open space (including public and private open space).
