Document Description
The purpose of the project is to guide development and design within the approximately 220 acres located in the center of the City of Glendale. The DSP consists of a comprehensive set of incentives, standards, and requirements that will implement the vision for the future development in downtown Glendale. The DSP is an urban design oriented plan, which sets the physical standards and guidelines as well as land use regulations for activities within the DSP area. In order to achieve these goals the project would require General Plan Amendments (GPA's), Zoning Changes (ZC), revision to the South Brand Specific Plan, and adoption of District Design Standards.
